CANCELLATION POLICY: If passengers wish to cancel their booking, then they will have to pay following cancellation charges

  1. BAD WEATHER SITUATION: If we are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days, we will still try to finish the darshan on next day. Suppose there is bad weather on 3rdday and we are unable to fly to Kedarnath then we will try and do both Kedarnath and Badrinath on 4th In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money. This means that if due to any reason we are unable to do 2 dhams then we will refund 50% payment.
  2. In case of bad weather if the stay gets extended beyond 5 nights, then passengers will have to bear the cost of additional night stay. Cost applicable for Additional night stay will be INR 5000 Per person per Night.

DO DHAM YATRA

  1. Helicopters have strict weight restriction at high altitudes. Passengers weighing above 75 kgswill be charged Rs 2000 per kg over and above 75 kgs. If 2 or more passengers in a group have average weight of 75 Kgs then extra charges will not be applicable. 
  2. Passengers are advised to mention correct weight in booking form. If weight is found incorrect at the time of travel pilot has the right to deny boarding to the passenger.
  3. Helicopters have limited weight carrying capacity, to manage the weight for safe flying in the hills, we might have to shuffle passengers between helicopters Therefore, as per Pilot’s recommendation passengers travelling together may not be accommodated in same helicopter flight.
  4. The Helicopter Schedule mentioned in the Itinerary is Fixed. However, Helicopter flying in hills is dependent on many factors like weather etc. Sometimes we may have to change the timings due to operational and technical reasons.
  5. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are included in all hotels. At Dehradun hotel only Dinner and Breakfast is included in the package. Any extras will have to be paid directly by guest.
  6. Only 5 Kg baggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers are advised not to carry big suitcases as there is very small baggage space inside helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage might not be allowed to take the same in the chopper by pilot.                                                                                                            
  7. All rooms are on twin sharing basis. For a separate single occupancy room, extra charges will be INR 15,000/person (Inclusive of Taxes).                                                       
  8. Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket.
  9. Rescheduling of bookingto a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability. 
  10. Payment Terms: Bookings to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount, and the balance payment has to be deposited 07 days prior to the date of arrival in Dehradun.

Note:

  1. No Cancellations are allowed within 12 Hours of Scheduled Departure.
  2. Cancellation within 02 Hours of Scheduled Departure or Failure to Check-in for a Heritage Flight at least 45 Minutes Prior to the Scheduled Departure time will result in the fare being forfeited.
  3. Infants: Cancellation Fee Applicable for infants will be Nil.

Rebooking Policy:

  1. Dates change can be done upto 12 Hours prior to the departure. Modification charges will be as follows.
  2. 12 Hours to Departure: Rs. 1000/+ Difference of Fare Per Passenger Per Segment.
  3. If Flight is Rescheduled by HAPL: Passengers can either opt for Full Refund or Free Rescheduling on next available flight.
  4. Refund will be process in 15 – 20 days in original payment method.
